Fence 0.8 rc 2

Hi Nick, I'll check this out in more detail later... but right away I noticed you implemented a couple of my suggestions - nice!

Hey, could you remind me what that "growl" pref is supposed to do again? I see you changed it to "Notify me when something happens." I remember making a general statement about changing the text for that checkbox to read something about what it does or means to the user... maybe I even said "something happens" but I never knew what the pref was for. If you could refresh my memory, I'll test it out and also suggest any other text changes that might make it clearer to those like me who don't know what Growl is. :-)

Here are my two biggest requests:
1. Get rid of "always in front" setting for app so it's not in front of my other windows. Or, at least a pref for turning this on/off.
2. Some kind of status indicator in the little floater window thingy that shows when it is doing something. Maybe just the spinner control, spinning around when it's busy. Even better would be a line of text under the logo that says what it is doing at the moment - "uploading photo 1 of 12" or "connecting..."

Growl is a notification framework.
